Well since you opened up this page, my spidy senses tell me that you are not feeling happy lately. So that means my job is to show you how to get happy again.
Well, you know what? Its not as hard as you may think.
Let me tell you something about happiness. Happiness is what you are wrapped in, its like your skin.
You were born with this, and it is always with you. Does that make sense to you? Probably not, since you are not feeling happy right now.
But I'm telling you the truth; once you understand the truth, you can then choose to be happy.
And the simple truth is that God made you, and he wrapped you up like a present, and that present was wrapped with happiness.
Think about this; if you were born on a tropical island with your family, and it was a beautiful island with lots of animals and lots of food growing right on the trees, do you think you would be happy? Of course you would be happy.
In fact you would be so happy, you would have a permanent smile on your face.
Everyday would be a great adventure climbing trees, fishing, playing with the animals.
Sometimes you would take off and walk to the other side of the island just for the fun of the adventure.
At night time, since you are on an island away from all man made lights, the sky would be full of millions of stars and it would be so beautiful that you cant even imagine.
But now, you are sitting there in front of your computer reading this; and you are not feeling so happy. Even though you are wrapped in a blanket of happiness that you were born with, still you cant feel it.
You want to know why?
You have been thinking about things that make you feel bad.
And you know what? It does not matter what those things are. It only matters that you have been thinking of them.
I can hear you, you say you have real problems though, you are not like everyone else.
Life really sucks and I feel like I don't belong.
Let me tell you something. I know what it feels like to be unhappy.
I know what its like to live everyday being unhappy. That was who I used to be a long time ago. And I will tell you this; there is no problem in the world that is worth making yourself feel bad.
You can not feel bad enough to fix a problem.
You can not feel sad enough to fix a problem.
You can not feel hopeless enough to feel happy.
There is only one way to have your happiness.
You don't have to find happiness, like I said, its already there.
You are wrapped in it.
You were made, wrapped inside it.
All you have to do is quit covering it up with all your negative thoughts.
I'm going to tell you something now, and it's the most powerful thing anyone will ever tell you. Your mind is real! Your thoughts are real! You may not be able to see them, but they are just as real as your hand is. Not only are they real, but they are powerful. How can something invisible be powerful? Well for one thing, using your mind to think of negative things makes you feel really bad.
What you may not know, is that thoughts create your future experiences. When you think of something a lot, over and over, you are creating a thought form that surrounds you and attracts things to you like a magnet.
That's how powerful your mind is.
If you do not feel good about yourself, that's because you have been thinking that way.
Maybe you listened to some mean kids when they picked on you. Maybe you have big floppy ears and you don't like that.
Then, you spend time thinking about that. When you spend time thinking about something a lot, you are training your brain to think about it even more.
When you think about your floppy ears, you are thinking about what other mean kids have said.
You are thinking about you are different.
You are using your powerful mind to create a thought form that surrounds you.
That thought form does not feel good, and its sticky and sticks to you.
What you don't understand is now you will attract other things that feel bad, that feel the same way.
The next day you go to the store with your mom, and some kids are pointing at you and laughing. You know they are talking about your big floppy ears.
And things like this are going to start happening all the time, because you created them with your powerful mind, thinking the same negative thoughts over and over.
That is how powerful your mind is. So if you are sad, you can blame other people if you want too.
But the truth is you used your own mind to make you unhappy. You just tricked yourself.
Its like powerful magic. And if you feel unhappy, its only because you created that.
No one can enter your mind and choose what you think about can they? No one can enter your body and make you feel a certain way, can they? Are you starting to understand how powerful you are? And don't you understand that blaming other people isn't making you happy? Good news for you! Only YOU can choose to be happy or sad for you.
How do you clean all that crap off the happy blanket you are wrapped in? Well you just started, because you are understanding that you have the power.
Now you think about how you caused yourself to feel bad. Maybe you heard some things other mean kids said? Maybe you just tricked yourself into thinking you look odd.
It doesn't matter what the reason was, it only matters that you understand that you started thinking about negative things.
Then you thought about them more and more. Then you created a sticky thought form that started bringing to you other things that make you feel bad.
Now you just do the opposite. Get you a piece of paper and write down 10 things that you like about yourself.
If you have floppy ears and that is something you have been hating, now you write down that you have floppy ears and you really like that about yourself.
You like it because it's the way God made you.
You like it because it makes you special.
You like it because there is nothing in the world wrong with floppy ears and now you understand that. You like your floppy ears, because every time you think about them now, you will remember that you love yourself.
You get the idea right? Go ahead and finish that list!
Read this list a couple of times everyday.
Keep doing this until you can remember all 10 things without having to look at your list.
Keep in mind, you are the most important person in the world. Treat yourself as the most important person in the world. You must be happy to give other people happiness. You must love yourself to give other people love.
You must be kind to yourself to be kind to other people.
And if you have issues with things that are in your life that you do not like, then remember this.
Nothing in life lasts forever! Even school will be over soon enough.
You will be an adult soon enough. Make another list, and write down 10 things that you really like about life, about your life.
After you finish the list, take time to read it several times, and as you read it, take the time to feel the "feel good feelings".
You know what you are doing with this right? You are using you mind to think thoughts that feel good.
You are spending time thinking about these feel good thoughts.
Remember I told you, spending time with thoughts programs your brain to bring them up so you can think about them some more! Your powerful mind then creates a sticky thought form bubble around you.
But this time, you will be attracting other things in your life that make you feel just as good as those thoughts.
This cleans all that crap off your happy blanket you are wrapped in. You move into your own happiness that was always there.
Your happiness is always with you, always has been.
Never, ever, let yourself think about things other people say that make you feel bad. Some people are just butt holes and always will be. Why would you let a person who is acting like a butt hole, take away your huge power to choose to feel happy with yourself? That sounds pretty crazy doesn't it? So, from this day forward you understand how much power you have and how powerful your mind is.
You know how to move into your happiness.
You also know how to use your mind to create sticky thought forms that will attract to you the same things you think about.
So, now what will you think about?
